Returns and Refunds

Our policy extends to 30 days from the date of your purchase. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items beyond this period.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging. We are unable to process refunds for products with broken packaging seals.

The following categories of goods are not eligible for returns/refunds:

  • Perishable items, including food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, as well as hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
  • Non-returnable items, such as gift cards, downloadable software products, and specific health and personal care items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items exceeding $75 in value, we recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or securing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Partial Refunds

In specific cases, only partial refunds are applicable, including but not limited to:

  • Items displaying obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not meeting the original condition criteria or showing damage or missing parts unrelated to our error.
  • Returns submitted beyond the 30-day delivery window.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be diligently processed, with the credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Stolen Packages: We regret to inform you that Voice Straw will not replace stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address. In the event of theft, kindly contact the postal service and initiate a dispute. To facilitate your re-order, we offer a discounted rate; for further details, please reach out to support@voicestraw.com.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If, for any reason, you have not received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account first, followed by contacting your credit card company and subsequently your bank. Should the matter persist, please contact us promptly at Support@voicestraw.com

 

Sale Items

Refunds are exclusively applicable to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return's value once the order has been returned to us. In the case of items not marked as gifts, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
