Voice Straw Shipping Policies

Aftering completing your order online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder. To be sure you receive future emails from Voice Straw, please add support@voicestraw.com to your contacts list. 


 SHIPPING

Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) MST will be processed the next business day.  Orders placed Friday after 12:00 (noon) through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.  Orders are shipped from our partners and manufacturers in the USA, Australia, and Italy.

 

USPS Shipping: Economy shipping takes approximately 6 to 8 business days. Please check-in with USPS for the most up-to-date shipping times and information about potential delays. Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping times are approximate and depend on your location, postal office, and customs.The buyer is responsible for paying any additional custom taxes or charges enforced by your government or post office.

 

POLICIES

We address your item exactly how it is provided. Once the product reaches the country of destination, your local postal office will distribute the item for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact your local postal office for any issues that might arise after our product reaches the destination country.  

  • We do not offer refunds for stolen packages once we receive delivery confirmation.
  • We do not offer refunds for customers who entered an incorrect shipping address. Returned packages that are not the fault of the sender (Example: If the package was “returned to sender” due to incorrect shipping address) can be re-sent at the expense of the customer. In order to receive a refund the package must be in the original packaging and must not be opened. Refunds for returned packages that are not the fault of the sender will be issued in full less the expense of the shipping costs incurred by the sender.
  • Your order might be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times.
  • The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes The Voice Straw to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that The Voice Straw may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
  • If returning a product, it is advisable to utilize a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
